Synopsis:
The president introduces a new government funded super soldier, The Wall, who will fight threats to the country, possibly rendering the Suicide Squad obsolete. Flag has a confrontation with Waller. The Squad is on a mission to capture Damage in an attempt to add his power to the team, but he is more powerful than anticipated. Waller takes some personal time to visit her daughter who has just given birth to Waller's granddaughter, but the reunion with her sons and daughter is strained. Meanwhile, with Amanda and the Squad away, Belle Reve faces a deadly cyber attack from a revived Hack.

Hack was killed in issue #13, but returns in this issue as she rebuilds herself digitally from the Belle Reve computer system.
