Billy reports from a new theatre about Captain Marvel movies being shown there for an orphan's home party, all put together by Beautia. However, when the "management" introduces Captain Marvel live on the stage, Billy smells a rat, and discovers Sivana is behind it all. As the situation unfolds, it is discovered that Sivana had kidnapped the Princess of Mentonia and Captain Marvel must rescue her.
