Storm Shadow brings Destro and the Baroness to Idaho, where all the Joes have assembled. Sparks, Firewall, Destro, and the Baroness head to London to disable the M.A.R.S. systems. There, Alexander and Armada talk. After finding out about the Commander's "Scorched Earth" plan, the Joes split into three teams; Antarctica, the Amazon, and Fort Meade. The commander discuss his plans with Bludd and Tomax. Wilder frees Eden.
