1st recorded meeting of Spider-Man & Dr. Strange, Steve Ditko's 2 most famous creations. Xandu would return in Marvel Team-Up (Marvel, 1972 series) #21 (May 1974). The scene of Spidey being sucked down thru the dimensional opening may have inspired a similar scene in the 1969 Spider-Man cartoon, "Revolt In The Fifth Dimension."
