Synopsis:
The Owl, Krush, and his men prepare to move drugs uptown. Daredevil interrupts the shipment, engaging Krush. The two are dragged behind the truck, but Matt manages to crash it and disable Krush. The rest of the gang overwhelm him. The Defenders arrive, but Matt's knocked out, coming to with Danny's bandages. They review Matt's situation. Matt realizes just far off-track he is and leaves. He flashes back to Father Cathal as he makes his way home. Spider-Man confronts him in the dark of his apartment, warning him he is done--if he goes out again he will be stopped. Matt gives up his cowl to him.

Notes:
Matt's still wearing his Punisher shirt he took from Frank Castle from the previous issue. In a flashback, he is pictured wearing his yellow and black costume. In part one of this story arc, Father Cathal was pictured as a young man ministering to Matt as a boy. Cathal is now pictured here as an old man helping Daredevil. Leo Carraro appears in a dream of Matt's in "Daredevil" vision at the moment Matt kills him.
