Synopsis: Woody applies for a government job that has been open for 70 years, and finds himself as a messenger for a dilapidated cavalry fort still manned alone by the bombastic Colonel Cinchwell P. Bootjack. The fort has never been closed, and Colonel Bootjack never relieved of duty, because a technical state of war remains between the United States and the Oollagagah Indians, due to the small detail that an actual peace treaty has never been signed. Woody’s job is to find Tired Turtle, the last of the Oollagagahs, and get him to sign the peace treaty by hook or by crook.
