Little Archie discovers that Mad Doctor Doom and Chester plan to rob a bank using a ray gun called the "Bank Blaster." After Doom captures him with another device, the "Super-Sucker," Little Archie escapes, but no one will believe his story. The only hope to stop the robbery attempt may be an old cannon and the elderly war veteran Pop Feebly.

Peggy Drake originally appeared in Bolling's first issue of "Little Archie Mystery Comics" as a wanna-be detective. Here she has replaced a similar character, Peggy Clark, as the Roving Reporter for the Riverdale Record.
