Spirits in the underworld think Mr. Justice is not doing a good enough job fighting the war, so at the bequest of Julius Caesar, Athos, Porthos, Aramis and Napoleon go back to the realm of the living. But they underestimate Nazi cruelty when they rescue prisoners but are shocked when men are gunned down. Mr. Justice takes them all back the underworld and addresses the spirits there. Oddly enough, it is Nero who makes sense out of all of it.
