First Line: New York. The Baxter Building
Synopsis: The Fantastic Four trap Eddie in the Baxter Building and Reed takes Patricia and her Venom suit away to a safe containment facility. Unfortunately, Bob shows up impersonating The Suit and breaks her out, telling her to return to confront the other Venom. Meanwhile, back at the Baxter Building, Spider-Man, Sue and Ben save Eddie from the real Suit who is trying to kill him. Patricia arrives and Eddie successfully bonds their Venom suits together, escaping into the night with even more power.

Disclose Notes: The plot elements of this story seem to have been completely dropped and were never addressed again. The Venom vs. Carnage (Marvel, 2004 series) limited series which began publication the same month as issue #16 of this series went in an entirely different direction and made no mention of the Patricia Robertson / Venom scenario.
