Disclose Notes: Some info in index from information received from Matthew Torrance via the Error List in June 2008.

Indicia states "Dynamic Comics No, 24, March 1948. Published bi-monthly by Superior Publishers Limited, 2382 Dundas Street West, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Copyrighted in Canada, 1947, by Superior Publishers Limited." Also states that advertising rates are available from "Harley L. Ward, Inc, 360 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago 1, Illinois, U.S.A." The word "March" is in a slightly different typeset and looks like it was changed.

Dynamic Man
Dynamic Man [Bert McQuade]; Dynamic Boy
What was the dreaded secret within the spheres of doom?
Jake and Lil are a couple of circus performers with a penchant for crime. They give seemingly innocent rubber balls to the children of wealthy parents, but the balls are filled with deadly gas that gets released when the balls are exposed to light. Jake and Lil then swoop in and steal from the rich folk.

The artwork with many googly-eyed faces, straight upturned noses, and some protruding lower lips, matches Asch's stories in Lawbreakers Suspense Stories, one signed. Also The Voice stories in Feature Comics have some of these googly eyes. Most probably his work, but as he is not confirmed, a question mark.
