Art identifiable as DeCarlo by his style and by his statement that he drew the first issue (quoted in "The Best of Betty and Veronica Summer Fun")

Rudy Lapick was back to being DeCarlo's main inker at this time (after the death of DeCarlo's brother Vince, who had been inking for him for a while), and the inking style seems to be his.

The mainstream Archie characters can be seen in the crowd waiting to attend The Bingoes' concert.
