This is extremely amazing!
Metal spheres from Mars land on earth. Tiny occupants spray a gas into the atmosphere making humans do strange things. Cosmo Cat goes to Mars to investigate. A voice saying that he wants to rule all the planets leads Cosmo into caverns. The cliff-hanger ending shows Cosmo attacked by a giant Martian monster called a cavon.
