Disclose Notes: Second issue of Boys' and Girls' March of Comics to be devoted to Andy Panda. The first was March of Comics #5 (1947).

Printed in U.S.A. by Western Printing & Lithographing Co. (per indicia)

There would seem to be an error in the copyright attribution appearing in the indicia, which says "Copyright, 1948 by Loews Incorporated." Other then-contemporary issues of March of Comics devoted to Walter Lantz properties (MOC #7 Oswald the Rabbit and MOC #16 Woody Woodpecker) bear the copyright attribution "Copyright, 1947, by Walter Lantz Productions."

The attribution "Copyright, 1948 by Loews Incorporated." appears in the prior issue of March of Comics (#21) devoted to Tom and Jerry, leading one to believe that the misprint in issue #22 is a "holdover" from its predecessor.

It's a toss-up between Gaylord Du Bois and John Stanley as the writer of this entry. The fact that, throughout the story, characters exclaim "YEOW!" (and once "Yeeow!"), rather than Stanley's trademark "YOW!", pushes it toward Du Bois.

Back cover displays two yellow strips across its width. The strips are each 1.5 inches high and are placed at the very top and the very bottom of the back cover. Within these strips are floating heads of the characters seen in the issue. The remaining back cover space in the center is left blank to contain the name and logo of the business using the comic as a promotional item.
