This Silver Foil Edition was only available as a mail-away to Malibu through collecting the stamps in the Bravura Gold Stamp Program.

There was no cost for the comic, but there was a shipping and handling fee of $4.95 for stamp cards with one of two completed tiers, or a shipping and handling fee of $7.95 for stamp cards with three, four or five completed tiers.
