The Crypt of Terror
There's a killer on the loose, and a local taxi driver is nervous. So, when a mysterious stranger enters his cab, the driver is immediately suspicious. Soon, the passenger exits the cab and tells the driver to wait. The driver decides to go for a quick walk to stretch his legs, but soon realizes the passenger is following him. He must be the killer! No, it's worse! He's a vampire! As death closes in, the driver awakes. Whew! Just a nightmare; and a silly nightmare at that. Imagine, a vampire falling asleep at night. The driver then goes looking for his next prey.

Mr. Kardoff heads for the hangman's noose; he's a killer about to get his just desserts. After he's pronounced dead and put in a coffin, he's delivered to his estate, where the butler discovers that Kardoff is still alive! Sure, his head is stuck at a crooked angle, but he's not complaining. And, having been declared dead, he can't be arrested or prosecuted for any further crimes. He returns to his murdering ways, until another thorny legal issue crops up. Can the townspeople be prosecuted for burying a "dead" man, even if he screams while they do it? Nope.
