Part four of an anti-drug story inserted into most Marvel comics this month. The whole story ran over a total of four months and was sponsored by the U.S. Government.

On the double page spread of pages 4 & 5 with all the heroes helping out on the bridge, there is a small unknown character of Spider-Girl. This is not Mayday Parker or Mattie Franklin, but was included by the artist in relation to some licensing-related matter that Marvel's Creative Services department was working on at the time, possibly a Spider-Girl dress-up costume.
