The Tick and Arthur finally make it to New York City only to find it is completely overpopulated by super heroes. They meet Agrippa who takes them to his favorite club. While Arthur is forced to hang out in the sidekick's lounge, Agrippa introduces the Tick to some of his colleagues. Unfortunately, one of his colleagues is violent, crazy and also calling himself the Tick. The Tick battles the Tick for the rights to use the name and, wouldn't you know it, the Tick wins.
