Interior comic content is all reprint. This issue reprints all interior comics content from Woody Woodpecker (Western, 1962 Series) #191 (November 1980), one of a number of scarce Whitman bagged issues of later 1980. The cover of the scarce Whitman issue is not reprinted. This issue displays a new cover created by Harvey Comics for these Whitman reprints.

This Harvey reprint allows collectors and readers to obtain the stories of a scarce and rarely offered, premium-priced Whitman comic at a very reasonable price.
