Synopsis: Amber Hunt has been possessed by the Phoenix Force and a huge group of ultra-teams show up to help the X-Men and Ultraforce combat her. After the Phoenix Force is successfully driven from Amber, it splits into two beings, captures Rex Mundi and the Alternate and takes them to the giant underwater ship. The alien ship prepares to destroy the Earth using the power of the Phoenix but our horde of heroes stop it. The Phoenix Force is freed from the ship, destroys it and is sent into an alternate universe. The ultra teams go back to their lives and Gateway returns the X-Men to their own reality.
