Barbara learns that her brother Tony whom she believed to be dead, was actually living under an assumed name hiding out from the Chinese government whom he had spied against (as first revealed in The Batman Family #12). Unfortunately, it appears that Tony does die while rescuing Barbara at the end of this story.
