Synopsis: Gorilla Grodd, disguised as William Dawson, is released from prison. After seeing how well it works on his fellow gorillas he travels to Central City and tries to get himself elected governor. Flash defeats him by making use of solar flare radiation.

The gorilla makes a bomb that will go off if he is defeated but Batman figures out how to stop the bomb from exploding.
