Synopsis: Space villain Diablo attempts to snuff out the "flame of democracy" so he can "rule space in utter darkness!" Rocket Kelly and Punchy fly to a planet where the dying Keeper of the Flame appoints Rocket the new Keeper. Diablo captures Rocket, Punchy and princess Diana and sends them hurtling through space. They survive and return to confront Diablo. Rocket and Diablo fight and Diablo falls into space and vanishes.
