The Prime Planner reveals himself as Morgan Tracy, and admits to arranging Steve Trevor's death in Wonder Woman (DC, 1942 series) #248. Animal-Man refers to Wonder Woman as "Diana" on page 3, suggesting she's revealed her secret identity to him. Lumber 'Jack' is described as a shunned, sideshow freak, but it is not explained or shown what makes him so. The Prime Planner's 5 assassins each represent one of the 5 major continents. At the story's end, Wonder Woman surmises The Prime Planner has another backer, portending a storyline that continues through Wonder Woman (DC, 1942 series) #278.
