First Line: The early '40s.

Synopsis: After the war, as most costumed heroes settle into private lives, Tex Thompson returns from Europe to begin a political career and makes plans to create a super-hero to defend against the Soviet threat. After Al Pratt is deemed unsuitable, Thompson seeks out the former Dan the Dyna-Mite for the job. Meanwhile, Paul Kirk returns from Europe haunted by his dreams, and is now the man being hunted.

Synopsis: Those who know the truth about Tex Thompson and Dynaman plot to expose them at a Presidentially-requested gathering of heroes in Washington. But before they can make their move, Miss America announces that Thompson is the Ultra-Humanite. As Hell breaks loose, Hourman reveals that Dynaman is also really Adolf Hitler. The heroes try to take down Hitler, but need the help of a new kind of hero.
