Synopsis:
As Per Degaton begins his plan to attack the United States' west coast after the strike on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese, the All-Stars -- along with Danette Reilly who gained fire powers after being left unconscious inside an artificial volcano by Degaton -- confront Degaton and the other villains out of their time: Professor Zodiak, Wotan, and Solomon Grundy. The All-Stars free the JSAers and together they defeat the villains, who all return to their proper times, including Per Degaton who reawakens back in 1947, once again a lab assistant to Prof. Zee, believing his near victory but a dream.
