Synopsis:
Various All-Star Squadron members battle super-villains from the future and members of the Infinity Inc who have traveled back in time to destroy American war manufacturing plants. Brain Wave Jr. explains that the other members of Infinity Inc have been under the mental control of the Ultra-Humanite.
