The Freedom Fighters choose to stay on Earth-X instead of returning. This is the birth of the Freedom Fighters as shown in Justice League of America (DC, 1960 series) #107. Hourman stays on Earth-X too, and this explains his long leave from the JSA. He continues to struggle with his Miraclo addiction. Story continued from previous issue.
