Spidey has been blasted by the Punisher's knockout gas and has to sleep it off in an alley. Richard Fisk meets a woman and explains to her that his father was a criminal and he has been trying to take down his operation from the inside. Peter gets a call from Matt Murdock who asks him for a midnight meet. MJ is contacted by Lance who asks her to tell Pete about a midnight mob meeting but she doesn't say anything. The gang war explodes. With DD a no show, Spidey finds out about the mob meet from MJ too late to stop it. The Rose tries to escape but is forced to shoot a cop who tries to stop him.
