Notes:
This story looks, reads, and feels very much like a 1960s Carl Barks Uncle Scrooge lead adventure story, thanks largely to Daniel Branca's faithful rendering of Carl Barks' 1960s art style, and equally faithful dialogue by Barks scholar Geoffrey Blum.
GOOD BIT: At the news of Magica's approach, Scrooge's office staff panics and runs away from the Money Bin as quickly as possible:
SCROOGE: "Come back here, you cowards!"
DONALD: "That's one STAFF you can't LEAN ON!"
STAFFER 1: "I hear MY WIFE calling! And my TEN KIDS!"
STAFFER 2: "My wife's in RENO! But I just heard HER too!"
