Scrooge finds that the hill the Money Bin is on was originally claimed by Sir Francis Drake and eventually came into possession of Cornelius Coot and then to Scrooge. It turns out that the 10-acres hill is an independent country and Scrooge declares himself king. He finds that owning a country may not be as good as it seems.
