Art identification based on Stoner’s signed covers for The Funnies #56 (June, 1941) and Rocket Kelly #5 (October, 1946). Similarities include protagonists with big dimples and wide smiles showing teeth, and women with long hair that rolls up at the bottom. The rocket drawn on Rocket Kelly #5 is also consistent with how the rocket is drawn on this issue’s cover.
