Jim Harper applies for a job with the Science Police and is first turned down, but after the loss of some of the team, is accepted. Atlas is incognito, and observing while planning his next attack. Superman learns of the actions of the Kandorians, and confronts Zor-El, Alura, and Supergirl. Zor-El and Supergirl were unaware of the killings, but Alura knew about them, and seems to approve.
