Synopsis: Aspen, Chase and Anderson continue to search for Finn. Cannon's forces battle Killian's forces on a naval base in San Francisco until Killian blows the whole place up. Siphon continues to insist that the council of the Blue vote to contact the humans and seek peace between their peoples. High ranking members of the U.S. government discover that a few members of the navy have known about the people of the Blue since the seventies.
