Synopsis:
The Nebula Man, who has been re-energizing in Wing's corpse ever since he was defeated by the combined JLA and JSA years ago, seeks out all the cosmic energy on Earth, starting with Courtney's Cosmic Converter Belt. Pat calls out the troops, but Courtney handles the Nebula Man on her own by shorting him out with her belt and a live telephone line wire.
