Disclose Notes: In the indicia, this issue is incorrectly named "Tangled Web: The Thousand No.4" "The Thousand" is the story that make up the first three issues of this title. According to the cover, this issue should have been titled, "Tangled Web: Severance Package". This all gets corrected with the next issue, #5 as the title is renamed "Spider-Man's Tangled Web".

This is the first issue of this series to no longer have the 'Comics Code Authority' seal on the cover.
