Supersnipe [Koppy McFad]; unnamed snow plower; Herlock Domes; Professor Noall, The Mindreader; unnamed policemen; unnamed police chief; Noall's unnamed male and female accomplices
Koppy is arrested by the police after they and Professor Noall find him with stolen jewels. Herlock helps Koppy escape jail and they discover that Professor Noall and his accomplices were behind the planting of the jewels on Koppy and other robberies. Koppy, as Supersnipe, and Herlcok track down the criminal crew in the mountains and proceed to confront the crew, managed to capture them, and after a harried sled ride down the mountain, bring them to the police to clear Koppy's name.

Butterfingers hates himself for letting the win in the football game slip through his fingers. During a walk he stumbles into a plot by gangsters to injury key players. His attempt to escape from them only to run into escaped fugitive, Gatso Gunsel in a barn loft. Butterfingers tendency to create havoc ends up stopping Gunsel and resulting in his arrest.

Trouble gets ready for the hockey game but his outfit causes a policeman to think he was a criminal. A confrontation on the stairs results in a tumble and the policeman being knocked out. Later Trouble has to explain to his team why he was late which caused them to almost forfeit the game. As the game goes on, the puck gets stuck in his face mask. The efforts to remove the puck result in Trouble getting tossed into the net, causing a goal and the win for the opponents.

Newsstand man Mr. Vex has to break the bad news to Koppy that the City has made comics illegal to purchase in Yapburg. Koppy is convinced that this is a criminal plot and as Supersnipe he will get to the bottom of it. Supersnipe's efforts ended up saving Mrs. Van Upshot, the women who pushed for the ban, from would-be robbers. Mrs Upshot realizes she was wrong about comics and pledges to end the ban on "decent" comic books.
