The Young Allies arrive at Lone Pine and overhear a conversation between Agents Zero and X concerning the code key the Nazis were interested in, but soon find themselves battling Nazi spies who want that code. After the fray, Agent Zero is gone but has left a trail for the boys to follow that leads to a cemetery, where he has been taken, and they run smack into the Red Skull, who overpowers the Allies and takes Agent Zero with him.

On the trail of the Red Skull and Agent Zero, the boys stow away on a British freighter heading for England, but are discovered and put to work. However, there is a Nazi agent aboard who wishes to blow the ship up and the Allies with it. They stop him, are rewarded, land in England, help stop a Luftwaffe bombing of a city, then start on their journey to Germany, nearly being poisoned by a member of the Master Race in the process.

The Allies make their way into Germany and enter a HQ building and come face-to-face with the Red Skull, who has been torturing Agent Zero. The Skull has his men take the boys to a concentration camp, but Toro makes good their escape through the barbed wire. Toro then disguises himself as the Red Skull and re-enters the HQ building, hoping to make good the Allies escape from Germany with Agent Zero.

Grabbing Agent Zero, Toro leads Agent Zero toward the planned escape, when the real Red Skull heads them off. The sudden appearance of Hitler allows the boys and Agent Zero to escape. The Nazis are quickly on their trail, but are rebuffed by the Russians. Meanwhile, the Young Allies meet up with forces of General Chiang Kai-shek and arrange for passage on a ship back to America when they suddenly find themselves in the middle of a Tong war!

Black Talon makes an agreement with Nazi butcher Baron Boche to obtain a portion of American land that could provide raw materials for the Nazi war machine. Talon remembers hearing about a Dr. Livingstone, who was searching for undiscovered land, and when the Allies discover a bottle in the water with a message from that doctor inside, Talon's men manhandle the boys and Livingstone's wife to get that bottle and message inside.

Repelling the Black Talon and his men, the Young Allies and Dora read the message from her father inside the bottle about this land he calls New America. The group books passage on a ship to discover this land and lay claim to it, but the Black Talon kidnaps Dora first and threatens to torture the information out of her. The Young Allies rescue her and are invited to spend the night at her house before leaving on the voyage. Unfortunately for them, the Black Talon and his men enter the home through an underground passage and toss the Bucky and Toro into a whirlpool under the home.

Rescued from the whirlpool and holding off a giant dealy spider, the Young Allies grab Dora and attempt to escape from her home and the clutches of the Black Talon. After a brief struggle, the Black Talon's crew retreats and a Captain Weatherbee, with the Young Allies as the crew, sets sail for New America, not knowing the Black Talon is hiding on board!

Not able to find the Black Talon aboard, the Young Allies are thrilled to finally arrive to the land they are searching for, but a sudden storm strikes and all believe Toro died in the storm. The Black Talon meets with the island's inhabitants and arranges for them to kill the Young Allies while he finds the treasure discovered by Dora's father. Escaping from that peril with the help of Toro, the Young Allies and Dora receive a drum message from her father and they seek him out. Unfortunately, and as Bucky soon discovers, Captain Weatherbee is actually the Black Talon in disguise!
