Baroness; Serpentor [Menasian]; Major Bludd; Breaker; Steeler; Blacklight; Vargas
I will never become Cobra Commander.
The Baroness thinks about how unlikely it is she will get the job of the Commander. She kills a man, then tells Serpentor and Major Bludd to leave the command center. Breaker tries to convince Steeler there is something going on in Ecuador, to no avail. Blacklight informs the Baroness that he has encountered problems in his mission. She plans to lead a platoon to finish the job. She talks to the council. She finds that most of the Vipers have been taken by Bludd. Serpentor tells her he has a spy inside G.I. Joe. Breaker contacts his "nest sponsor."
