Synopsis: The Joe ninjas take on the night creepers while on recon, and later face the SAW-Viper after a Tele-Viper reports to the Commander that all communications were jammed for five minutes, making him realize the Joes are in Benzheen. The jamming was done by Stalker's team, who later join up with the ninjas and Flint's captured team, freeing them, but at the cost of Cool Breeze's life. Now Hawk has to bury 8 Joes.

Synopsis: As the battle in Benzheen rages on, Sneak-Peek is killed in action saving a child from Alley-Vipers. Battle Force 2000, on a rescue mission to the recon team led by Stalker, is also killed due to the Emir's actions as he attempted to negotiate with Cobra Commander to not fire on the Joes entering his oil fields, and since the offer was too low for the Commander's tastes, he opened fire, Dodger being the sole survivor of that ambush. The recon team then fends for itself as they flee back to base, with Sneak-Peek's body in tow by Dusty.

Synopsis: Ace and Dogfight return to the Flagg from a recon mission over Benzheen, their plane shot up. When Hawk believes Cobra is up to something, he sends out Capt. Jeffries and Slipstream to do an aerial recon using the stealth X-19 fighter and found out what's going on. When they return, they bring back photographic proof to Hawk that Cobra's new agreement with the Emir called for establishing Terror Dromes on site, which Hawk uses to his advantage later on (off-panel) vs. Cobra.

Synopsis: As Destro slowly makes his way to his safe house, everyone is out to collect the bounty on him. He arrives thanks to Ninja Force, Billy, Zartan, and Chuckles, but their final obstacle lies with the Night Creepers. Destro, contacts the Commander and forces him to cancel the bounty and release the Baroness or else he'll erase several secret Swiss bank accounts the Commander has, which he follows through on one as an example. The Commander then complies, but the Night Creepers wont,but are blackmailed by Destro into doing so,lest he reveal their dealings in the Commander's accounts.

Synopsis: Destro gets the Silent Castle in Trans-Carpathia and the captured Baroness from the Commander, in reparation for the attack on Destro, as well as stopping Destro from releasing another viral attack on his assets hidden inside covert computer files. He agrees, but little does Destro know that Baroness (subconsciously controlled by him via a previous scanner session) was set free so that she could enslave Destro to a brainwave scanner inside via a preset sonic signal. Slice, Dice, and Red Ninjas confront Destro and Baroness in the castle, while the Joes maintain surveillance on him.

Synopsis: As the Joes escape Cobra in Trans-Carpathia, Zarana sends a message to the Commander that Cesspool is taking over Cobra Island and setting up weapons-grade sludge centers throughout, to which the commander responds she needs to deal with it. Meanwhile, both the Joe and Cobra ninjas face each other in a marshland in Trans-Carpathia, as Ninja Force captures the Red Ninja's leader. Flint is made head of a new group: The Eco-Warriors, and drugs are being dealt on Broca Beach by the Headman.
