First Line: 'I'm never going to be Cobra Commander.'
Synopsis: Major Bludd considers his position as a candidate for Cobra Commander. He sees Cobra as a business, with profit and enterprise as the main goals of the organization. He and Serpentor begin to work together. He goes to Myanmar and hijacks a plane. He meets with some drug growers, then kills them, with the help of his lieutenant, The Headman. Steeler confronts Breaker about his connections to Cobra. When Breaker is about to turn himself in, Steeler kills him, and fakes it as self-defense. He reports back to Major Bludd, using the codename Black-Out.
