Tucaro Indians; Cobra [Cobra Soldiers; Crimson Guard [Dr. Appel (unnamed, first appearance in uniform)]]
A team of Joes infiltrate a suburban house that is a hotbed of Cobra activity, which is later discovered to belong to Candy's father when she arrives on-scene later after the Twins and a Guardsman escape the Joes from the site. Another team of Joes invade Sierra Gordo to rescue Dr. Burkhart (again). Storm Shadow betrays Cobra by rescuing Billy from the clutches of his father after he was interrogated about his role in the failed assassination.

The over-burdened Joe roster finally gets to the creative team as folk are called by the wrong name, hair colors are wrong and things get a mite confusing (In one panel, Mutt calls his dog, Junkyard, by his own name "Mutt", another had Hawk called as 'Duke'). Also, the unnamed Guardsman escaping with the twins was later revealed to be Dr. Appel, Candy's father.
