Synopsis:
The Joes take on the Terror-Drome in an attempt to rescue Snake-Eyes, but Cobra takes him to their new base of operations in New York: The Cobra Consulate. The Joes then dismantle the empty Drome for shipment, and use a decoy to fool Cobra into thinking they destroyed the real thing via a train shipment, when the real deal's heading down river elsewhere to be examined.
