On the now peaceful Caribbean Island of Grenada...
In Grenada with Flint and Lady Jaye, Snake-Eyes, Scarlett and the Blind Master step on a mine and disappear. Flint relays this info to Hawk in San Francisco with Billy, Jinx, and Storm Shadow present. Storm Shadow replies a ninja can't be blown up by a mine that easily. The Joes are under surveillance by Cobra in Utah and San Francisco, and suspect a new base in both locations as the Joes come up from underneath in Utah and play some football above ground. Stalker and the other captured Joes spend time in the gulag as they plan an escape, Fred VII heads to Cobra Island with the Pogo vehicle.
