Après avoir fondé et animé le fanzine critique “P.L.G.P.P.U.R.” puis la maison d'édition PLG, Pierre-Marie Jamet fonda les éditions .P.M.J. en 1995. Actif jusqu'en 2003, cet éditeur toucha à plusieurs domaines de la bande dessinée et des arts graphiques, depuis la production d'albums (principalement en petit format) jusqu'à la création de sérigraphies, cartes postales et marque-pages, le plus souvent en tirage limité.
Cet éditeur publia des auteurs tels que François Avril, Jean-Claude Götting, Séra, Stanislas, Frédéric Bézian, Beb Deum, Jean-Michel Nicollet et Keleck.
