Dark Horse then issued "Second Editions" of volumes one through four in 1995. These editions of 1-3 were the initial Dark Horse publications of that content in softcover format. (D.H. published limited hardcovers of vol. 2-3 in the late 1980s.)

The art has been reversed to read left-to-
right for these editions. Dark Horse began publishing editions that read right-to-left in 2007, and should be indexed separately.
