Book series reprinting The Phantom daily strips from King Features Syndicate in chronological order. Strips are generally printed two dailies per page. Starting with volume two, they are generally reproduced directly from the syndicate's proof sheets, which were made available to the publisher from the collection of Michigan State University. Starting with the stories in issue #9 and the first story in #10, the Daily and Sunday were combined for 4 stories. The Publisher's decision was to print both the Daily and Sunday strips in issues #9 (3 stories) and #10 (1 story).
