This version's cover clearly states its title as Free Weekly Comic Magazine. It was distributed through Rogers Jewelry Stores in New England region.

There is ongoing controversy on how to classify this issue. The title, trade dress and format are extremely similar to the two issues with Fox content, but this issue, in addition to its different distribution, has content from M.L.J. (Archie). It is possible that a 3rd party either published both, drawing material from two publishers, or was a partner with each publisher separately in producing similar packages.
