A third issue was intended for November 1950 but was never published. Original art for a single story "Dog Detective", a Nick Carter western feature, shows it was originally intended for a November issue of Hunted. Instead, it was published in All-Famous Police Cases (Star Publications, 1952 series) #9 (February 1953).
