Disclose Notes: This issue is frequently mistaken as being a comic of rebound unsold copies. Per Heritage Auctions, it is not the case.

This issue's on-sale date was November 26, 1941. The issues that were published within this issue were:
64 Pages of New Captain Marvel Adventures (Fawcett, 1941 series) #3 (August-September 1941 [Fall Edition]) [On-sale date July 23, 1941];
Bulletman (Fawcett, 1941 series) #2 (Fall 1941 [August 15-November 15, 1941]) [On-sale date August 15, 1941];
Whiz Comics (Fawcett, 1940 series) #21 (September 5, 1941) [On-sale date August 8, 1941];
Wow Comics (Fawcett, 1940 series) #3 (Fall 1941 [July 15 - October 15, 1941]) [On-sale date July 16, 1941]; and
Master Comics (Fawcett, 1940 series) #18 (September 1941) [On-sale date August 1, 1941].

It is believed that due to the close proximity of the original comics and this issue; the sequential on-sale dates covering each week between July 16, 1941, and August 15, 1941; and only these five series have been seen in this issue per Heritage (despite reports to the contrary); that this issue was always intended to be published including these comics and not rebounded remainders.

Per Heritage and Overstreet Price Guide, it is likely the original issues were overprinted originally and bound together to sell as a single volume in time for the Christmas holiday.
