Thirteen convicts escape from a prison colony in a boat without any food. They get decimated by animals, quicksand bogs, hunger and cold. The last five go overboard in a storm and drift as a gruesome quintet to frighten ships passing them.

as Escape to Death [Story on Interior Page(s)]The only differences I noticed for the code change was in colors. The floating bodies were fleshed out in the code version rather than white skeletal. A hit with a poison dart was colored red in the original but not in the code version.
